How to secure your land
- Find a spot in the Earth world. Claims only work there.
- Stand on the chunk you want to secure.
- Type
/claim. The chunk is yours now. - Buy more space with
/claim addchunkas your build grows. - Bring friends in as members with
/claim add.
What a chunk costs
The first chunk costs 1,800 coins. Every further chunk costs 1.07 times the one before. So a large claim gets more expensive step by step. It stops at 250,000 coins. A single chunk never costs more than that. A claim holds at most 250 chunks. Nobody gets more than one claim, not even with VIP.
Who may do what in your claim

Flags and permissions are sorted by topic in the settings. You can pin ten of them for quick access. One flag turns off custom mob spawns and keeps wild sharks off your farm. Animals you already tamed stay with you.
Commands
/claim- Secures the chunk you are standing on.
/claim settings- Opens the settings with flags and permissions.
/claim addchunk- Buys more chunks. Give the number after the command.
/claim add- Adds a player as a member.Also:
/claim remove /claim tp- Takes you to your claim.
/unclaim- Releases a chunk again. This cannot be undone.
/claims- Shows your claims. Add a name to see another player's claims.
Flying inside a claim is blocked completely. No rank and no purchase unlocks it.
When you stay away for a long time
If you do not log in for 60 days, you lose your claim. A warning arrives seven days before. After that the land is free and others may break it down. A short visit every few weeks is enough. No tax is charged to you. A few places in game still show the old limit of 30 days. The correct figure is 60 days.
On phone and console
The claim menus open as forms on phone and console. You tap an entry and confirm. Since 30 September 2026 this applies to every menu in the claim system, flags and members included.
What often goes wrong
The command says nothing can be claimed here.
You are in the Nether, the End or the farm world. Claims only exist in the Earth world.
A friend cannot break anything in your claim.
They are only a visitor. Add them as a member with `/claim add`.
You try to create a second claim and it fails.
Everyone has exactly one claim. Attach the new area to the existing one with `/claim addchunk`.
