⚙️ Mob Stacking & Performance
Identical animals stand as one stack with a number above them.
Your farms keep running and the server does not stutter.
Twenty cows in one spot cost the server power. So it combines identical animals into one stack. A number then floats above the animal. It says how many there really are.
Nothing changes for you. You kill, feed and breed as always. Hit a stack and one animal dies, and the number drops by one.
These never stack
- Villagers, so trading stays clean
- Bees
- Armadillos
- Wolves
- Sniffers
- Silverfish
- Wardens
Phantoms are switched off. So you can play without sleeping. You buy phantom membranes in the /shop.
What often goes wrong
You count fewer animals than you fed.
Look at the number above the animal. The stack looks like one, but it is the whole herd.
Your villagers do not stack.
That is intended. Stacked traders would lose their offers.
Your farm yields less than before.
Check whether too many animals stand in one spot. Oversized setups slow the server down and may be switched off.
